At Sofodel, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness for all our participants. By registering for the WP Contest, you agree to the following refund terms:

No Refund Policy

Once the registration fee has been paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Incorrect registration
  • Change of mind
  • Inability to participate
  • Missed deadlines
  • Disqualification due to rule violation
  • Technical issues on your side (such as hosting, internet, etc.)

Why Refunds Are Not Possible

The collected registration fee is used for administrative costs, resource access, processing, certificate issuance, and prize pool funding. As these allocations begin immediately after registration, we are unable to reverse the process.

Exception Clause

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • There is a technical error on our end resulting in double payment
  • The contest is officially cancelled by Sofodel (highly unlikely)

Any such case must be reported within 7 days of payment along with proof of issue.
